HISTORY
Brady McGuire & Steinberg, P.C. was founded by Robert D. Brady (retired), Matthew G. McGuire and James M. Steinberg for the purpose of providing organized labor with the legal team needed to support the endeavor of advancing the rights of the men and women of the union movement. Since its founding, Brady McGuire & Steinberg, P.C. has represented its clients in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the U.S. District Courts in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, the New York State Court of Appeals, the New York State Appellate Division and New York State Supreme Court, the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York City Division of Human Rights, the New York State Workers' Compensation Board, the Article XX Board of the AFL-CIO, the New York City Office of Administrative Trials & Hearings and the New York City Environmental Control Board.
